You reserve a block of senior design and marketing hours each month: 20, 40, or 60. You send requests through your client portal, and I work through them one at a time, drawing from your hours as I go. You can check your remaining balance anytime. It works like a retainer, except you decide what the hours are spent on.
You can use your hours on anything across design and digital marketing. That includes UX and UI design, web design and Webflow builds, brand identity, marketing design, digital marketing strategy, and landing pages. You can spend a full month on one project or split your hours across several. Your priorities decide, and they can change from month to month.
Before I start anything sizeable, I give you an estimated hours range and you approve it before work begins, so there are no surprises. For larger projects, I split the work into stages, which keeps you in control of the budget and lets you adjust scope along the way. Nothing large gets worked on without your go-ahead.
No. Your hours apply to the month you buy them and reset at the start of each new month. Keeping it this way keeps your plan simple and predictable. If you find you are not using your full block, you can move down to a smaller plan anytime, or pause for any month you don't need at all, so you only pay for capacity you will use.

I focus on the strategy and creative that make marketing work: campaign concepts, brand messaging, landing pages, and conversion-focused design, all covered by your hours. When a project needs hands-on channel work such as paid media, I bring in a trusted specialist and oversee it for you. The specialist's fee and the ad spend itself sit outside your plan and are quoted separately, with ad budgets run on your own accounts so you stay in full control of the money.
You are billed monthly in advance. Your plan renews automatically on the same date each month through a card or debit order on file, so there is no invoice to chase. Prices are in South African Rand. Any third-party costs, such as a paid-media specialist's fee or the ad spend itself, are quoted and billed separately and are never bundled into your plan.
There are no lock-in contracts. You can pause, resize, or cancel anytime with a few days' notice before your renewal date. Changes take effect from your next billing cycle rather than mid-month, and because hours don't roll over, there are no refunds or proration for a partial or unused month. You are never tied in.
